Simple returns

◇30-day return window from delivery date
◇Items must be unworn and in original packaging with IGI certificate
◇Custom ring builder orders are not eligible for return
◇Engraved or personalized pieces are not eligible for return
◇To initiate a return: log into your account → go to your order → click “Request a Return”
◇Prepaid return label provided for all eligible returns
◇Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
◇Refund issued to original payment method only
