Because our pieces are handcrafted to order, production time is fixed at approximately 2 weeks. We do not currently offer expedited production, but please contact us if you have a deadline and we will do our best to accommodate.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are created in controlled laboratory environments using advanced technology that replicates the natural diamond-growing process. The only difference is their origin.

Yes — every diamond we use is independently certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI), one of the world's most trusted gemological laboratories. Your IGI certificate details the exact cut, color, clarity, and carat weight of your stone.

We offer all 10 classic diamond shapes: Round Brilliant, Princess, Emerald, Oval, Pear, Cushion, Radiant, Marquise, Asscher, and Heart. Each shape has its own unique character and brilliance.

Diamonds are graded on four criteria — Cut (how well the diamond reflects light), Color (how colorless the stone is, graded D through Z), Clarity (the absence of inclusions, graded FL through I3), and Carat (the weight of the diamond). All Just Because diamonds are F color or better and VS2 clarity or better.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging with the original IGI certificate included. We do not offer exchanges, ring resizing, or returns after the 30-day return window.

Log into your Just Because account, go to your order, and click "Request a Return." Select your reason and submit — our team will send you a prepaid return label within 1-2 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 3-5 additional business days depending on your bank.

All items are returnable within 30 days as long as they meet our return conditions, including sale items. We do not offer final sale on any pieces.

Please contact us immediately at support@justbecausejewelry.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wider band styles tend to fit more snugly than thin solitaire bands. For bands wider than 4mm, we recommend going up half a size from your usual ring size.

We offer US ring sizes 3 through 10, including all half sizes. If you need a size outside this range, please contact us.

Store your piece in the provided pouch or a soft cloth when not wearing. Clean gently with a soft lint-free cloth. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, chlorine, and harsh chemicals. Remove before swimming, exercising, or sleeping.

Just Because Jewelry does not offer a warranty or lifetime guarantee on any product.

Soak your piece in warm water with a small amount of mild dish soap for 20-30 minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean around the setting. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners for pieces with pavé settings.

We do not offer a lifetime care program. All sales are final after the 30-day return window.
