Create a Refund Policy for Just Because Jewelry with the following content:
RETURN WINDOW We accept returns within 13 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging and IGI certificate included.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN Contact us at support@justbecausejewelry.com within 13 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
REFUND PROCESS Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
EXCHANGES We do not offer exchanges of any kind. This includes ring size exchanges. Please use our Ring Size Guide before purchasing to ensure correct sizing. We do not offer ring resizing services.
NO LIFETIME GUARANTEE Just Because Jewelry does not offer a lifetime guarantee, warranty, or any guarantee program on any product. All sales are final after the 13-day return window.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@justbecausejewelry.com with photos. We will resolve this promptly.
